​...Times pass - are blown away by the wind - still hanging in the trees like rags... 
Paper masks, consisting of materials such as wood, cotton and rags condensed into the finest pulp and scooped out of the water; Masks in which an infinite amount of data is stored... on banners with yellowed stories, legends, human lives... times.

​Installation ...ZEITEN...
The mask, worn in all times for defense, to drive away demons, but also as protection against illness and death or as protection to hide from mental injuries from the other person.
By asking what the Pfandbrunnen in Mauren was all about, what legends and stories were surrounding the Pfandbrunnen, it was as if a region was peeking out from behind the protective mask of “time”; almost a little afraid that something not so praiseworthy might come to light.

Memories hang in the air - not quite tangible....
The installation with 7 banners and the 3-part plaster mask brick addresses this situation:  

• ​LIECHTENSTEIN - the safest and most beautiful place on earth - home
• PFANDBRUNNEN - There are hardly any memories of how this name came about, only vague, fragmentary stories
• FORGE - there are still vivid memories from childhood - there are records of the source of the deposit well, the dammed ponds for the fire brigade - the renovations to the blacksmith shop
• GANTER-STOO-JÄÄG - an almost bizarre, cheerful story that belongs to Mauren
• WAR - the displaced people who were smuggled across the border, had to go back or remained missing - the fears of the brave helpers
• REPRESSED - war experiences that frightened people and shaped them - barbed wire!
• MASKS - faces blurred - lives removed - stories that suggest themselves and yet are so vague
